      Based on other local similar businesses, Danfoss's wages are similar, no better , no worse........Average. In my location the Management team needs to be more engaged with the white collar workers, it feels that they think they are a bit above everyone else.....delegate...delegate...delegate It used to be much better, I feel it declined in the last 5 or so years of my employment with them.

      -Low pressure work atmosphere. -High but attainable expectations for employees -Excellent summer internship program -Industry leader in hydraulic pumps and motors -Safety is a major priority to the company and they walk the talk on making sure the company is a safe enviroment for all employees.

      Cons

      -Oversensitive to slight market changes... which causes freezes in spending and travel at a minor downturn. -The IT at this company is a joke. It took over a year to get departmental computer concerns resolved.
