      Another American Factory Headed Overseas.

      Pros

      Good people on the floor working to make a living in what may be the only decent production plant in the town.

      Cons

      Five years after the Arkadelphia plant was bought by Danfoss, workers are gradually being laid off or terminated and the Arkadelphia plant seems to slowly be headed for France.

      management is very nice; beautiful place to work; big room for career development; friendly workforce; good company reputation; satisfied salary;

      less challenges in works; stable coworkers who may work in the company for more than 30 years; hard for foreigner who can't speak Danish;
