      Impossible company to swift away from bad practices, as political as working for tyrannic government, impossible goals to achieve, contradicting instructions, Except 10-13 Hours days

      Pay is ok, work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Every week we have a new admin task that are not our KPIs. Brags on LinkedIn about record EBIT after they announce a 25% reduction in profit sharing. I’ve never worked in sales a company that gives zero recognition for achievements, but here we are.
