Company is privately held so no added pressure from wall street. Top management truly cares about employees. People are very nice and caring. People help other people.

Danfoss is a global company focused on becoming #1 in the markets they serve. They are achieving their goal by acquiring companies with the products needed to complement existing product lines. Danfoss is strong in engineering with an eye to leading in the digital world. Innovation is valued. There are opportunities for both domestic and international travel. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management forgets the people side of mergers and acquisition. The organization changes constantly. It is not uncommon for an employee to have a new manager every year, in some cases more often. Employees’ work histories and past contributions are not valued.

Takes very well care for the employees. Provides free meals and snacks for nominal charge

Cons

Office located out of city (Sriperumbudur) WFH facility is there but it depends on your manager its not flexible to take Only people who are capable of asking for rewards will be getting good monetary benefits otherwise its diffuclt
