      Pros

      Its a very good place to work. Though far from the main city in Chennai- keeps a good work life balance.No pressure at work. Good and hygenic canteen. Gives yu real good perks and allowances

      Cons

      A lot of politics wihthin the management. Being a PGP in a finance- my co-workers were not at all supportive. Tamilians only want there state people to work with them. Top managerial is very slow and in active. NO One to hear the voice against any injustice happening against any employee. Sr .managers are pathetic and have no potential but are working there

      Great culture and people that creates very satisfying work environment. Flexible schedule helps with work life balance.
