      Pros

      Meaningful projects, lots of responsibility, learning culture. Challenging targets, data-driven, blah-blah nonsense not accepted. Top management is very communicative about the overall direction and strategy of the company. My manager is my coach. I participate in training events serveral times a year with my curious-minded colleagues. Working in Danfoss is inspiring!

      Cons

      I can't think of any. This position has a lot of travelling, which is not for everyone. It allows you to live anywhere near an airport. Other positions with less or no travelling allow for a 5-star Work/Life balance though.
