lack of clarity and focus areas since company is undergoing transition into new operating model and acquisition. People driven processes and decisions, lack of process driven/fact based decision making approach. Hierarchical culture, missing close collaboration of the cross-functions, lack of accountability, ownership and decision making. Difficult to harness the results due to lack of coordination from the teams and sync with global teams is missing.
