Flexible schedule, flexible managers. You are always welcome for new ideas. The tempo of career growth can be really fast but depend more your relationship than on your achievements in work

Cons

They may give tasks for 2-3 persons and pay the same fixed salary. Meetings can take really a lot of time but no use in them. Family type company, anybody can ask you anything.
