      Pros

      A very ethical and system oriented company. Lot of learning opportunities provided to employees. Decent work life balance

      Cons

      1. India operations as has a lot of regional preferences when considering employee career growth. 2. Compensation at lower management is not as per industry standards 3. Very limited career growth, majority of the sales team members are in the same profile for the last 5-6 years. This has caused attrition to increase in the last few years.

      Pros

      Very open atmosphere - everyone can contribute with their opinion. Turnaround after the 2008/2009 crisis successful - now business is growing again.

      Cons

      In most areas salary/benefits are slightly behind - but it is outweighed by many other advantages.

      Pros

      Decent enough benefits package, although it's gotten gradually worse since I've been with the company.

      Cons

      Company seems to enjoy changing for the sake of change. Every 2-3 years it seems there is an entirely new strategy being driven by management, the current being "Core & Clear". I've also seen an aversion for Management to promote from within. I myself have been passed over for several promotions, despite being labeled in performance reviews as a "top performer".
