      Lot of possibilities in this company with production and sales world wide. Products are well known around, Consist of different divisons.

      The management are trying to pusk performance management, but are at the same time not securing alignment between department, means a lot of internal fights and sub optimising without value for the compan

      It has given me some of the best exposure , freedom to work. It is great to be involved in products that make such a difference to the climate and energy space
