None really. There used to be yearly bonus, but I heard it is gone now.

Cons

Nepotism, politics, incompetent management, bad enginees, criminally bad management, vendictive to whistle blowers. Will fire people based on personal preference. Technical knowledge is not a factor in this company. Everything is done according to personal interest. Avoid if possible.

No leadership, only people with no other experience than Danfoss. Lack of vision, see above No diversity, discovered that Danes can be racists! Do not grow people, use them like pawns
