      Pros

      Nothing, nada, negative, no, run away.

      Cons

      They will smile and tell you that all is ok, then stab you in the back. No training offered in the way of safety. when I asked about this, I was told they were working on it for years.

      Pros

      Business meetings keep all employees informed of what is happening in the company and industry changes. They are also in the process of improving the company's site appearance, digitalization, and the culture of the company.

      Cons

      Mentoring is hard to come by. Appears to be on a "who you know basis." Salary inconsistencies between people in the same position. Career opportunities vary between "different people."

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits for the area. The company shuts down during Christmas and New Years. Nice to have the time off and get paid.

      Cons

      You have people that have worked at the company there entire career. They have no other work experience or know anything difference. They've been doing the same thing for twenty years so it must be right. Difficult to accept change.
