Pros

- Their flagship product (Sharpsmart) is really good and I still honestly recommend it to EVS professionals I meet even though I have a poor opinion of the company

Cons

- Family company, if you are not part of the family, it's better not to give feedback lest you get in trouble - Poor at gauging market potential; targets were unreasonable and they hired and fired two consecutive teams because they couldn't admit that their market projections were wrong and value propositions did not fit the target market - I've met three other people at trade shows who have worked with Daniels in sales before I did and had similar experiences to me. This does not include the people I worked with there who shared my experiences.

Benefits, pay for corporate employees. Some Ops Managers are great and take care of their team.

Cons

Poor pay for blue collar employees. Disregard for health and safety of drivers and plant workers. False operational metrics.
