      Very hard industry to get ahead in. Wasn't stable when I worked there.

      The owner is the most passionate and driven man I have ever met. His vision for the company and his goal of providing a safer more sustainable option for sharps disposal, has been proven to protect healthcare workers.

      Cons

      Growing pains are evident due to the high rate of current growth.

      I got left alone a lot.

      Cons

      I got left alone a lot. It's great to have freedom, until all of a sudden there are crazy expectations put on you when they have done nothing else to train me. Actually, I was put through training for a WEEK and then fired a few days after. No warning. No communication. My boss had the freedom to do whatever he wanted with me. No accountability.
