      Pros

      The people here are great and take a lot of pride in their work. Everybody is really smart and very eager to help where they can. This is a great place for people with an entrepreneurial spirit to really own the results they produce, and if a project or opportunity comes up that interests you, you can be part of it.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unrealistic expectations put on an already short-staffed group. There is no consideration given to any kind work-life balance and pay is low for the amount of work.

      Danielsharpsmart is a good company to work for.

      It is a very good place to get to know about Bio waste an the effect it has on people an hospitals.

      Cons

      You can protect your self by knowing the ups and downs of medical waste that hospitals and clinic deal with.
