Pros

A recession proof job and good exercise, You are left alone for the most part as long as you do your job.

Cons

To much nepotism at this place. Everyone in the office got their job because they were a friend or family member of someone else who works in office. There is no where to advance too in this role and you cannot get promoted due to the nepotism. Hopefully it changed, my guess is it hasn’t though.

uninterested in retention I saw over 15 drivers come and be let go after me poor management and communication always had to double check everyone else job. trucks and warehouse are in poor condition loose debris and hanging wires from the ceiling. Nothing about the job is explained or available for you or management left in the dark about all policiesand who makes decisions.
