Pros

The CEO (Jeff Hoffman) is very approachable and likes to make his staff feel like a part of the Danya team. I think junior to mid-level empolyees have a chance to grow with this company. The benefits and salary seem to be a bit higher than industry average.

Cons

Some of the senior management could do a better job to engage all project teams under their purview. Our project team felt a bit dissociated from the rest of the group.
