      CEO, senior staff, and supervisors are highly supportive and responsive to offsite virtual employees, as well as to onsite staff. State of the art activities supported by professionally conducted, research-based training. Strong sense of teamwork among all employees. Management is loyal and committed to long-term employment of staff.
