Pretty good organization, family-environment

Pros

Family environment with very helpful coworkers. Great work and projects. Kind and encouraging CEO. Opportunities to grow within company. Very good, flexible work-life consideration.

Cons

Poor management. Very low salary compared to other organizations. Slow HR department. Lost a lot of contracts recently (2014-2015) due to government shutdown and budget cuts, so future outlook seems bleak at the moment.
