Not the best organization to thrive but you learn necessary professional skills such as grinding and thinking under pressure in order to succeed in other workplaces. It does lead to burn out quickly but you will appreciate it when you transition to another company

Cons

One or two of the developers could be a bit patronising, but doubt very much there is a software company where everyone is golden. No issues with most of them.

One of the best cyber companies to get your foot in the door with. Loved the managers for sales development.

Cons

Consistently changing quotas and comp plans EVERY 6 months. Pay is okay, but could be much higher - especially the base. Pick up rates will be very very low. Good luck if you get California for enterprise - they are ghosts.
