Strategy is trending in the right direction, kind people to work with, ability to work on impactful projects as there is a lot to do

Cons

It's a pretty chaotic company - things are changing quickly, especially after being bought by Thoma Bravo. There is non-existent structure and process and things mostly happen reactively right now.
