      Biggest regret of wasting my time but at least with cool people

      Pros

      Great people, really fun times at the office but that's about it, they also hire with no experience

      Cons

      They will hire you as AE if you went to a good school , don't forget to fake your GPA to 4.0 tho. So many micromanagers that will tell you to do more quantity over quality, not ideal commission structure, no one is training you

      other Account Executives and ability to travel. Being given the responsibility and freedom to negotiate contracts. Brilliant product to work with!

      Cons

      Rough management and unrealistic expectations when it comes to quota. Treated like a pawn for the top dogs rather than a member of a team. Low opportunity for growth (both financially and in terms of status)

      This has been an amazing sales and career opportunity for me. I have learned so much, and Darktrace is such an amazing company. The culture and team in Reston VA are extremely positive, and I have met some of the best mentors, and made some great friends. If you are driven, hard working, and ready to take the great sales and technology training made available - then this is the right opportunity for you!

      None I can think of - for someone who is a go-getter looking for the right sales opportunity with a great team - Darktrace is the place!
