      Challenging but fun, great colleagues

      Pros

      You get to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, supporting the main Darktrace product and new mathematics, ideas or one off projects with a predominately great team of like minded scientists.

      Cons

      Fast growth means it can be chaotic sometimes and future direction isn't always well communicated to the team. Not much insight or chance to engage with other teams such as the sales and marketing or the american teams from the Cambridge base.

      Pros

      Fast paced, rapidly growing with positive environment. Exciting field of work where you will work along side people of the highest caliber across the organization. Great people with years of experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      Fast paced means that there can be some bumps. There is little formal training at the very begining for new starters but plenty of welcoming colleagues to help. You'll get out what you put in.
