      Lots of change but heading in the right direction

      Pros

      Free benefits, positive change and a great product.

      Cons

      Still ironing out a the changes that need to be made to help the org run efficiently. Changes are happening rapidly which is disruptive, but once the dust settles we will be able to operate much more efficiently.

      Pros

      Tech is great and it works Coworkers are pretty great, for the most part. Executives are surprisingly accessible and transparent. The company has matured a lot in my time here.

      Cons

      No equity was part of my comp. Lot of change going on from PE ownership.
