Pros

We just recently went through an acquisition so there have been internal changes and growing pains to come with. That being said the company is working in the right direction. There a lot of benefits to include work life balance, fully covered health care and great culture. I really enjoy the work I do and people I work with. The amount of experience i’ve gained has been invaluable.

Cons

Company has been established for some time, still has the feel of a startup. However, they’re always improving processes. The only real negative I have is pay could be more competitive, but I can say leadership is working on improving in that area.

Free benefits, positive change and a great product.

Cons

Still ironing out a the changes that need to be made to help the org run efficiently. Changes are happening rapidly which is disruptive, but once the dust settles we will be able to operate much more efficiently.
