Pros

Company is a leader in the cyber security sector which is proving to be an ever more important area of technology. The tech is exciting to talk about and is constantly evolving, with new products being launched. Personally, my manager has been excellent at providing support throughout the onboarding process and helping me find my feet. There is also a great atmposphere with people from different teams and seniorities always happy to help and offer advice.

Cons

There are certain restrictions regarding when you can take your annual leave throughout the year, however I know this is in no way unique to Darktrace. As more and more people join the different teams, progression opportunities can seem less clear.

The team is great. The work is interesting and not overly demanding

Cons

the compensation is not. You will never make the full bonus you are promised and it’s more based on company performance than your own
