      Fun product to build, management is lacking greatly

      Pros

      Modern technology & engineers for the most part truly care about the product and building high quality applications. Low-ego, friendly, and fun co-workers. Overall good salary.

      Cons

      Management does a horrible job communicating, seems disconnected from employees, and company vision changes every couple months. New CEO seems to be taking everything downhill fast. Not many benefits outside of salary - no 401k match, fringe perks, etc.

      Pros

      The people. Smart, talent and ambitious. Very willing to help out- from listening, brainstorming, up to implementation

      Cons

      The CMO is a complete disaster. As a first time CMO, you want to offer him grace and give him the space to negative this role, but after 10+ team members leave and sight his behavior and experience as the reason for leaving, something has to be done- beside providing him a “coach”.

      Pros

      Useful product with a compelling reason to exist. Most colleagues are talented and collaborative. Easy to work colleagues on both sides of the pond. Some truly exceptional humans.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership often feels disconnected with each other, rank & file employees and a clear vision + plan to drive the company forward. Short term cost-cutting measures have hurt morale. New "turnaround" CEO is pushing hard, which is fair but leading many employees to burnout.
