      Pros

      As always with less than ideal companies, the biggest pro are the people. Not management per se, but your teammates and individuals you work cross functionally with. Still working remotely with optional hybrid choice. Probs 1 of 2 things still keeping me here.

      Cons

      Management, lack of direction, no proper feedback loop, complicated processes. I can’t speak for other teams but in mine everything is overly complicated for no reason.

      Pros

      The company values are lived by, not just talked about. Lunch break is a real thing. Unlimited vacation with encouragement to use it. The $110 million in funding that was recently closed means we’re looking to grow a lot. Tons of opportunity for career growth. The most secure password manager out there.

      Cons

      Internal communications will need to evolve from a startup mentality to medium-sized business.
