Pros
Benefits. That's about it. Overtime is available. But a lot of mandatory overtime.
Cons
Horrible management. No communication with technicians from crew leads crew chief's and management. No proper training for new hires and green mechanics. No support system. A lot of I'm the best mechanic .horrible attitudes. A lot of back stabbing . Techs leads and crew chief's lie to make themselves look good for management. A lot of favouriresearch from management. If you want to move up here its difficult because manager's and supervisors have their favorites whether they meet qualifications or not. Most of the times not qualified. If you want a personal life looks elsewhere. A lot of mandatory 10 hour shifts and weekends.
