Pros

The technical knowledge of people within the company and the ambitious and innovative projects.

Cons

Management and HR are old-fashioned. Employees are treated like children, zero trust. Work at home is not very well perceived. In 25 days of paid leave, almost 20 are imposed during the summer (when everything is expensive) giving no liberty in using them.

High salary for the area, great colleagues, interesting projects and opportunities.

Cons

The HR department is incompetent, not many opportunities to advance into new roles - people at the top stay there.
