Pros

Great Company overall with exceptions.

Cons

Managers and Directors have unfettered impunity from HR to abuse and intimidate those below them with no consequences. Their actions are tolerated and will not support the employees.

Amazing product with heritage and prestige. Poor organisation outside of R&D and Engineering.

Pros

Friendly working environment and nice office building. Not high pressure and very reasonable working hours. Interesting mix of French and US business cultures. Great Product and interesting client base. Low employee turnover.

Cons

Simple decisions can take far longer than required due to lack of independence given to junior managers & employees. Not a meritocracy: if you hang on long enough, you'll probably get promoted. Poor organisation and complex office politics. Low salary for Industry.

This company has good benefits. The best out there!

Cons

The main con is management. Either you have the French management side of the house trying to run an American company or you have the American management side of the house that is not qualified.
