Pros

DFJ has a ton of fun people to work with, there are great benefits and decent pay.

Cons

There is way too much middle management. Projects that should only take a week to complete take days, you will not get a raise in your first two years, and if you are not a white, middle aged man, it will be near impossible to move up in the company. Not to mention the computers are old and slow.
