Pros

Benefits (health insurance), Job stability, career evolution End to end process in the Little Rock factory, a lot of work to do. There is pride in the accomplished work and the delivered product.

Cons

A lot of patience is required: raise or recognition take too long compared to other companies, both HR and technical processes are unbelievably slow, various shops/departments have a hard time working together and their focus is limited on various specific issues. There are too many managers who protect only their personal interests. Too many people have lost their drive to work. This can be solved with increased training, more challenges, clearer goals (both daily and long term), or increased risks.

Pros

Benefits are all right, but health insurance cost is on the rise.

Cons

- Cultural issues, both ways between US/French (heavy lack of trust from either side to the other) - Too much turnover in upper management leading to poor vision and discontinuity in directions. Lots of pressure from senior management, who is too busy worrying about securing their smooth return to Dassault in France... - Employees are kept in the dark in regards to the "big picture". Feels like working to make the boss happy instead of uniting to make the company and the product thrive. Morale and motivation are negatively impacted by this. - Lots of backstabbing from management to subordinates to protect themselves (despite their own poor performance at really leading people) - Evident lack of real industrial methods and tools (currently struggling to implement a major ERP, while using stone age or very manual methods...) - No value given to employees: poor training, laying off 20+ years employees, no sense of proper resource and skills usage, blatant favoritism (French to French, American to American), random promotions or transfers, many dead-en careers or glass ceilings... - Massive waste (high scrap rate due to poor quality or damaged high Dollar parts, loose change management, vendor management...) - Unsupportive HR - "Mandatory" overtime in the shops (many employees with no day off in weeks sometimes)
