DASSAULT Systèmes does not value its employees. Americans have no future and are often advised that there is no career path if they are not French or that they can’t expect a certain position if they are not French. The culture is one of the abused child syndrome which causes people to cling together for emotional support. Innovation is squashed so people are nervous to bring ideas forward. There is a saying there that you should be careful about calling attention to yourself or you will be like Icarus and burn to the ground. Now that I am gone and working at a company who really cares about their employees I really see how toxic the DASSAULT SYSTEMES working environment was.
