Pros

This position is piece rate, starting salary was good for the year 2014-2015. Piece rate was worth it, you were able to listen to music, quiet work space, quality was helpful.

Cons

Young management, they ended up getting rid of the two HR people and placed them on the floor to work with everyone else. Favoritism.
