Pros

Somewhat decent pay. Friendly co-workers. Even though half of them look like crack heads off the short bus.

Cons

The company has no say over anything. Everything comes directly from the VA. The hardest working employees receive the least amount of respect, and if you feel secure with this job don't be fooled. They will force you to work extra positions for less money then what you start out making. It's all smoke and mirrors with this company. Just like with the VA. If you're OK with looking at pictures of blown up body parts, seeing every claim come from a homeless veteran, and sucking up for attention this is the place for you.

Pros

Good management- took the time to meet with employees and hear any questions or concerns. Outlook for employment also good.

Cons

Not many chances to advance-even after two years, long hours (can be forced to do overtime) with short breaks (30 min), certain work can seem repetitive. Sitting for long hours.

Pros

Benefits. If you like to work ALOT of mandatory overtime then you will like working at Data Dimensions.

Cons

It is a stressful place to work. You work on "piece rate" so if you can't work fast you will get fired or get moved to another job. Your pay is based on how much you produce. Your checks will always be different and you'll wonder why they are the amount they are. Co-workers talk a lot and it's hard to concentrate because the room is noisy with chit chat and people singing to their personal music. This makes your ability to make "piece rate" impossible. Employees are always getting yelled at and moved to different seats because of talking. It's like a high school atmosphere. You will always wonder if your going to get fired because of "piece rate." The reason Data dimensions is always hiring is because they have a huge turn around. People quit or they get fired. It's not a secure job.
