Pros

I'm at home, that's about it.

Cons

Constantly have to wait for work, no work-life balance, you don't get paid to check your email, keying instructions, or updates.

Pros

This is not a good company to work for. I worked there 2 years and then I was laid off without any notice. I understand lay offs happen anywhere, but the fact they continuously yelled at us to go faster and faster the 2 years I was there, sure says a lot about this Data Dimensions.

Cons

The job itself is completely mindless. If you actually have a brain in which can critical think, I'd recommend looking elsewhere! Restaurant work and retail is more exciting than this! I would know, I have worked in both! There is rows of people and you now have to stand. The worst part is that you have to stand still 8-10 hours a day. No moving around, very little interaction with other people and your neck is tilted down all day. It truly reminds me of a sweatshop. And you will be yelled at to go faster and faster. The funniest quote from a HR lady one time, "You know, we didn't write the calender. It's not our fault there are only 28 days in February, so since it's a short month, you will be working every Saturday, and possibly a couple Sundays." They treat you like children.

Pros

Working from home Some flexibility during the day as to hours worked

Cons

Oh wow. The overtime. Mandatory overtime on a weekly or daily basis was oppressive. Sometimes very difficult to get a day off, even when requesting weeks or months in advance. Pay is piece rate. So there is no hourly rate (guaranteed). It's too bad they don't structure the pay as an hourly base + extra earned for benchmarks, images processed, etc.
