Pros

I used to love my job. As a home worker, I can work my hours anytime in a 24 hour period. My supervisors are understanding and supportive.

Cons

Upper management has no clue what my job is about. Unreasonable requirements regarding productivity. Constant overtime up to 18 hour a week required because they can't hire enough extra help and underestimated how much work the client is sending.

collaborative work environment and friendly colleagues

Cons

lay offs are as common as daily work here. If you are not in the project of their "bread-and-butter" project, you will be next in line to be laid off. they hire people but doesnt offer any training/ KT about their work. With your effort you learn their work in 6 months and you will be laid off

Poor pay. They do not care about employees. Heavy micromanagement. They expect you to care as much as them.
