Business Outlook
Pros
Good schedule and good pay. The work we do helps veterans. Friendly atmosphere and great coworkers. The company is growing, which is exciting to be a part of.
Cons
The government work isn't guaranteed, which makes team members worry because of the uncertainty and that's understandable. The workload for everyone from entry level to upper management is a bit much to handle at times, but when a company is growing I think this is to be expected. I think everyone should try to keep in mind that it won't be like this forever, and things will level out eventually.
