Pros

Opportunities to meet new people regularly because they fire their employees so often. Great place to challenge yourself because they work you like a race horse. Hone your critical thinking skills by deciphering the silver-tongued speeches of lies. Thrilling place to work if you have a dissenting opinion, you never know which day could be your last! Have fun feeling like you work at a major company, like Google, with a foosball table in the break room.

Cons

This place is an unforetold circle of hell. It's like being in an abusive relationship. The pay is great if you can meet their obscene standards, however the daily dose of soul crushing is always lurking behind every corner. The talking heads of the company visit from their ivory tower wearing black, ill-fitting sport coats to feed you lies like treacherous harpies and sirens. The supervisors act as turrets to the ineffective HR team. The disciplinary actions happen so frequently and for such obnoxious reasons, like doing your job or disagreeing with a middle manager.

Wow! We are seriously blown away by your creative writing skills. We're happy you were able to break free from here in order to nurture your career as a fiction novelist, as clearly that is your calling. We truly are always open to input from our team members (though they'll be hard pressed to provide feedback with such flamboyance). Best of luck in your future!

Be VERY Cautious

Pros

The people I work with are wonderful. I have created some great friendships along the way.

Cons

This company is the worst, most selfish group of people I have ever worked for in my life! If you think that you will have a work/life balance, think again. I currently work 60 hour work weeks, including Saturdays and there is no sign of the hours being moved down. Having only 1 day of a week and working until 6:30 everyday when I was hired for 1st shift is ridiculous. They hire 3 new people at a time and we are lucky if one of them stays or isn't fired. They put an extreme amount of work on one person's shoulders and expect it to be done with no complaints. I have seen several co-workers break down and cry in the middle of their shift because they are so stressed out and cant take anymore. We also work on a piece rate system which means we get paid a certain amount per piece of paper we process per hour. Just when you start making more money than the minimum pay, the company lowers the amount of money you get paid per piece of paper and raises the job minimum. They basically say "Hey, you are going to live here, have absolutely no life outside of work and be expected to process more work and get paid less for it." The health care costs also went up this year. That's just what we need because they were already outrageous to begin with. Its not like I actually have any time to go to the doctor so I guess it really doesn't matter. I literally cant even complete a household chore because I go in early in the morning, get off late, have to cook dinner, and go straight to bed. It is absolutely horrifying the way they treat their employees. I would never recommend this job to anybody! The only reason I have not left this trash of a job is because I cant make $13/hour anywhere else without working in a factory or having some sort of college degree. DO NOT APPLY!

Horrible Company to work for...

Pros

Some of the people genuinely care about the company and the customers. Most don't...

Cons

COO and CEO are all about their EGO. They are looking for people to report to them that are "Yes" men and women. I was pushed out unfairly and then treated horribly. I have many emails from the CEO about my exceptional performance and skills. Yet I was pushed out because I didn't say "yes" all the time and had my own ideas. When I first started the Information Technology departments and their software was a mess, I transformed 7 departments in two years. Then all my credibility was instantly taken away by Dave the COO when the CEO forced me to report to him when he was my team mate. In fact when I started Dave was an EVP and I was the only other C level and I reported to the CEO. The COO and CEO over-promise to the clients and the employees are left with the mess and trying to deliver by being overworked.
