Pros

The people I work with are wonderful. I have created some great friendships along the way.

Cons

This company is the worst, most selfish group of people I have ever worked for in my life! If you think that you will have a work/life balance, think again. I currently work 60 hour work weeks, including Saturdays and there is no sign of the hours being moved down. Having only 1 day of a week and working until 6:30 everyday when I was hired for 1st shift is ridiculous. They hire 3 new people at a time and we are lucky if one of them stays or isn't fired. They put an extreme amount of work on one person's shoulders and expect it to be done with no complaints. I have seen several co-workers break down and cry in the middle of their shift because they are so stressed out and cant take anymore. We also work on a piece rate system which means we get paid a certain amount per piece of paper we process per hour. Just when you start making more money than the minimum pay, the company lowers the amount of money you get paid per piece of paper and raises the job minimum. They basically say "Hey, you are going to live here, have absolutely no life outside of work and be expected to process more work and get paid less for it." The health care costs also went up this year. That's just what we need because they were already outrageous to begin with. Its not like I actually have any time to go to the doctor so I guess it really doesn't matter. I literally cant even complete a household chore because I go in early in the morning, get off late, have to cook dinner, and go straight to bed. It is absolutely horrifying the way they treat their employees. I would never recommend this job to anybody! The only reason I have not left this trash of a job is because I cant make $13/hour anywhere else without working in a factory or having some sort of college degree. DO NOT APPLY!

Pros

I have never seen a harder working team in my career.

Cons

Little to no training. Expected to be an expert from the start. The pay is a little behind industry average and the health insurance is expensive.

Pros

Working here you would be employed.

Cons

-Management does not care about their employees. They have forced workers to work 7 straight days without a day off due to bad staffing. -They do not care if you want to have a family work life balance, even though they say it is important to them. If you complain about this they will blow you off and tell you that you are being overly sensitive, or going too far. -Employees are forced to change their hours with barely a days notice and management will do nothing to accommodate you when it happens -Employees are treated like children and given the impression that the company line is "Suck it up and do your damn job". -Favorites are played throughout the entire company from top to bottom with some workers getting to do whatever they please while others are disciplined for the same behavior -There are members of management that have absolutely no knowledge of what their workers do, and could not even step in and do the same job. I have never worked for a company before where the person that was directing me in my work had absolutely no idea how to do my job. It is insulting and disgraceful to be told I did something wrong by someone that has to get that information second hand because they just don't know. -The work environment is tense due to member of management that will dress you down during meetings and in front of co-workers instead of having a private meeting. -I have heard managers share private information of workers with other workers that have no right to be told this information. -There is a very unprofessional air to the company that needs to be buttoned up. -It is a very toxic environment and there are more people looking for new jobs than are happy.
