Pros

Data Dimensions has allowed me the opportunity to show what I am capable of doing without all of the red tape - political games that a lot of companies do nowadays. They do not believe in micro managing. I like the freedom to get a job completed without always having a lot of restrictions on how it gets done. They offer many great benefits to the employee, family and community. Including days out to the ball game during business hours, fun events that are meant to recharge the mental batteries. They offer opportunities to work from home when needed. I can not believe that it took me this long to find this company. I enjoy getting up everyday and looking forward to the next challenge that is presented to me.

Cons

compared to all of my past employment choices I can not think of a con. I enjoy every aspect of my job and look forward to coming into work every day.

Pros

Fun and flexible work environment, and a sense that the leadership really does care about creating a positive environment for team members and that they want to help individuals and teams be successful. The company is also growing very quickly, which I think is exciting to be a part of. Benefits are also pretty good.

Cons

It is definitely a fast paced environment where everyone is expected to work hard, which can often mean putting in more than 40 hours per week. While this doesn't bother me, I understand that not everyone can cut it in that type of environment. I think those that are truly driven and success oriented are the ones that thrive here.

Pros

Pay and benefits are decent for the area

Cons

A few years ago this was a decent company to work for but ever since it won a large contract with the VA it has been going downhill at a rapid pace. The work itself for the DP1 position is fairly easy to pickup especially if you have a good memory but it gets extremely boring after the first couple months. The work environment is poor. You are forced to stand 8 hours a day (soon to be 10) at a tiny desk, literally side by side with your coworkers, and write in an awkward position as fast as you can because keeping your job depends on it. In addition to being in constant pain from what I just described you have to deal the majority of coworkers behaving like they are still in high school. People talking behind each others backs, flirting, ranting, raving, you hear it all here. The management seems to be either incompetent or perhaps they just don't care. Nothing is planned, organized, or explained in a professional manner. The HR is even worse though. Their whole purpose is to run you around in circles until you give up on whatever issue you are having. The cooperate HR may be better but at the production facilities barely trained assistants are running the show. I'm not sure if the assistants even understand their obligation to confidentiality from what I have personally seen from their handling of information. To sum it up do NOT take a job here unless you have tried everywhere else.
