Pros

Data Dimensions provides, without a doubt, an exhilarating challenge every week of the year! It is demanding work performed at a quick pace and is what sets us apart from other companies. There are daily opportunities to feel impactful on positive outcomes for our customers or internal teams. The hard work by all has helped us proudly secure a spot on the Inc. 5000 for the last few years. The teams maintain perspective also, so laughter is heard daily even on our most challenging days. We have fun. We are close. Company treats/meals are often provided which always is appreciated. The pace, demands, challenges aren't for everyone, but those that wish to thrive and grow will meet those needs here. Data Dimensions is the best company I have ever worked at.

Cons

Deadlines, while exhilarating, can be high stress also. Hard sometimes to keep limits in check.

Pros

Local company, family orientated, they make many contributions to the community of Janesville and help in other ways also! They are always looking for ways to help others and their fellow employees. Offer many great benefits for their employees with fun Picnic's, and special parties for Holiday's etc.

Cons

Pros

The company has really added a significant number of resources in the past 8 months. In addition programs such as Zapp have been outstanding for the employees. Morale is a major focus and the events to support the employees is outstanding. This is a demanding job but along with being challanging it's a great atmosphere.

Cons

The growth of the company provides a significant opportunity to make sure the new personalities blend in and take part in the very strong culture that makes Data Dimensions so strong. The new on boarding program is greatly improved. Keep focusing on improving every day!
