Pros

Pay scale is excellent for employees. They do a great job of being ahead of the market in salary and providing employee perks such as adoption assistance.

Cons

Difficult to truly feel successful here. Goals are arbitrary and ever changing - long-term planning and strategic planning is somewhat non-existent. Reorganization and shifting of management occurs frequently - very little tenure in teams outside of senior management and some development staff. No 401K matching, no education assistance. PTO can't be rolled, expires at end of year.

Focused management, cutting edge technologies, interesting projects, good co-workers, good office space.

Cons

Training as technologies evolve is entirely up to the individual. Co-workers provide some support; but time is lost seeking the required background information.
