This is a great place for people who enjoy being direct contributors. There is seldom micro-management. You are trusted to do your job and do it well, with minimal supervision. You are held to a high standard - but most people here hold themselves to a high standard any way. You have a lot of opportunity to grow and learn, with management support along the way. There aren't many places that offer the perks that DSI offers (wellness incentives, gym memberships, flex start times, independence,etc.), the ability to be an individual contributor, and the small company / family feel.

Throughout my time here, I've ultimately had endless opportunities to make this job what I want. I was given initial steps with my position, and since then, I've been able to run with it completely. I'm trusted to make suggestions and implement changes I'd like to see within my position. I'm expected to work hard, but I've seen the benefit of doing so through compensation and work place freedom from my supervisors. In addition, DSI is working towards becoming one of the top employers in the city and I'm excited to see the some of the discussed programs initiated.
