work your own hours good pay often have a lot of instructions and fairly quick communication with their support team

Cons

when paid per task, the format and pay is often not worth it. There is will be tasks that pay 0.70 cents per task but the task will appear like a fax or be formatted busy, confusing, or extremely long.

+ Actually a source of income instead of an information grab + Surprisingly lenient both on time-to-complete as well as the method. + Apparently willing to hire even those without a Bachelor's Degree, despite their criteria. You might need to be the type to give lots of in-depth feedback with few errors, though- I tend to type a lot.

Cons

- Technically no overtime. At least, not as far as I can tell- I havent' worked over 40 hours in a single week yet, so I can't be certain. - They have an odd timer function that doesn't work at all, you will need to use a timer of your own to track your hours. - No dark mode. If you do not have a really dim screen or aren't in a properly lit setting, it WILL wear on your eyes over time. - I don't think there's health care for this job? I might have to wait a while, only been employed for a month or two now. I'll just get some on the side, but should be noted I imagine.
