      Can’t get ahead. The pay is super low, even when qualifying for supposedly higher hourly rates. You might get some at an increased rate but it doesn’t last.

      Pros

      Flexible - I can work whenever I want. Pay - It pays very well in my opinion. Fun - It is very fun if you enjoy creative writing. You have to make sure you are doing quality work. If your quality slips, they will take jobs away or kick you off the platform. Just because it is remote and not directly supervised, doesn't mean you can just get passive income from it. You have to have good self-direction and work ethic, or this job is not for you.

      Cons

      No benefits as it is like independent contract work. Not everyone gets on - there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the hiring process.
