Pros

Remote; anytime you can pick up a project and start working. Self-manage; you determine what projects you will pick up and commit to work on Simple; the process to get qualified was straight forward, set up to get paid was not complicated, and they delivered on their payments

Cons

Restricting; after securing about 2k for myself within 2 weeks, I found myself without any projects to work on, as if they cut me off from continuing to work for them. However, I did receive the money I earned from my jobs. Qualifications: it took 3 weeks of doing 1 task a day for their qualification test, which was similar to the project I was doing for pay. Good practice, but free labor.

Pros

pay is fair and better than most other jobs complete control of your own schedule schedule - you choose when and how long you work, stop when you want, play it by ear. most tasks are interesting and fun to work on, you can often choose between a handful of projects. get paid 7 days after you log time for work, so whenever you want to cash out you can as long as your work has been reviewed, and sometimes it doesn't take a while 7 days even. Great admin and support team. Some projects have Slack channels which are full of people happy to answer questions, and all projects have a chat for worker questions so you can often get answers quickly. Awesome for anyone who loves writing, reading, data analysis, or just is looking for the most flexible job

Cons

At times there can be very few projects available, so if you solely rely on this job for $ it can be very difficult. No telling when new projects will be available, they're released sporadically. Qualifications are unpaid, though they open new projects up to you and are worth completing regularly, but at times can take a bit of time to finish (still fair imo)
