      Great salary but low quantity of projects

      Pros

      Most of the projects are interesting and the salary is pretty good. This is also a very flexible job cause you can work no matter what time it is. And here's a possibility to get a permanent contract if you qualify.

      Cons

      The only downside is the lack of tasks which makes it difficult to work every month.

      Pros

      The job is so flexible you can work whenever you want and the pay is great unlike other similar sites, the purpose of the job is also clear.

      Cons

      Not many tasks are available you can and you don't sign a contract, you can get banned without knowing the reason or what you did wrong and rarely you get a feedback about your work to improve it. This is the major issue i think if there is a better communication between the support and the workers it would build a better work environment.
