Pros
You can work however much or little you can/want, whenever you want, and wherever you want. As long as you do quality, diligent work, you will not find a more flexible job schedule. The work is also engaging and interesting, and after a while it is pretty good pay!
Cons
Communication about project availability is lacking. You never know how much work will be available to you, and you have to login daily to see how much is available. I’ve worked here for a year, and there’s only been one day where I didn’t have any work available to me that day, but there is no communication on when work is going to be coming or going to be scarce, so it can be a little scary.
